This month’s Community Television (CTV) Santa Cruz Currents is out!
Last month CTV launched “Santa Cruz Currents,” a brand new news program created and staffed by CTV volunteers. Santa Cruz Tech Beat contributes each month to the “Science and Technology” segment with related news from the local tech community. Other parts of the “Currents” program include in depth interviews, segments filmed in the field, a local video roundup and a Santa Cruz County community calendar.
CTV has just completed filming this month’s tech segment. Sara Isenberg, Founder and Publisher of SCTB, was on hand to tell us of recent news from the local tech scene, including news from Mobile Ranger, Calliope Waterworks, regional Ag Tech, Asylum Labs, and UCSC’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Development.
Santa Cruz Currents airs on CTV channels 27 and 73 on Mondays at 6:00 PM and Wednesdays at 10:00 AM.
